I wanted to personally email you and give a special thanks to unison and especially Ray who has been dealing with my situation regarding bulling and the way trainers made me feel.

 

After a hard process Ray has supported me all the way through and I will shortly be getting a full written apology.

 

I feel a very valued member of the unison team and that we still stand up to failings.

 

Once again can you please pass on my special thanks to Ray and your whole unison team as we have changed the way training will be done for future EMT1 and to make sure all new starters won’t have the experience I do.

I wanted to advise you that I am a recipient of the letter from the lovely Matt Hancock due to my medical condition.  I was quite alarmed at the stance the Trust had decided to take with regards to the ‘Clinically extremely vulnerable’ but never the less, I had my risks reassessed and the outcome was to remain at home, working I hasten to add ☺.

 

The reason for my email today was to offer thanks to you and team Unison for keeping me up to date with all things Covid related… I have been a member of Unison for over 20 years and have never felt better supported in any other NHS / Civil Service organisation as I do here.

I'm sure ### has told you numerous times the past few days regarding the issues we have had at work.  Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your hard work with everything you've done in fighting our corner.

 

I know I’m not the only person who is so grateful for all that you & your team have done.
